Role Objective
The Business Development Agent will be responsible for expanding Shellgrow’s property portfolio by attracting new property owners and investors, establishing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth through business development activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and attract property owners of apartments and villas in Dubai.
- Develop partnerships and sign property management agreements.
- Conduct client meetings, identify needs, and handle objections effectively.
- Manage contracts throughout all stages of the process.
- Maintain the CRM system (Bitrix24) and monitor the sales funnel.
- Achieve and exceed monthly KPIs related to new property acquisitions.
Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in real estate or sales in Dubai, preferably in property management, holiday homes, or brokerage.
- A personal database of property owners or investors is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of Dubai rental regulations (DTCM, DLD).
- Experience in cold calling, deal closing, and handling client objections.
- Fluent in English and Russian; Arabic is a plus.
- Proficient in Bitrix24 and MS Office applications.
- Strong relationship-building and partnership development skills.

Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- 3–6 signed property management contracts per month.
- Minimum 30% conversion rate from lead to meeting.
- Minimum 20% conversion rate from meeting to contract.
- Response time to new leads under 10 minutes.
Employment Details
- Position Type: Full-time, UAE labor contract.
- Salary Range: AED 7,000–8,000 (negotiable).
- Incentives: Commission based on performance.
