Available Positions

1. Housekeeping Training Manager (Cleaning Department)

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver structured cleaning training programs.
• Assess and certify staff performance based on BICSc standards.
• Conduct on-site visits to ensure cleaning compliance and quality control.
• Maintain detailed training records and reports.
• Support supervisors in improving overall staff performance.

Qualifications:

• BICSc certification (British Institute of Cleaning Science).
• 3–5 years of experience in housekeeping or cleaning training.
• Valid UAE driving license.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning standards, tools, and methods.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

2. Training Officer (Cleaning Department)

Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and delivering cleaning staff training sessions.
• Conduct on-site practical sessions and refresher courses.
• Monitor staff to ensure adherence to cleaning protocols.
• Maintain attendance logs and training records.
• Support the Training Manager in audits and evaluations.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or certification in Training or Housekeeping.
