Job Title

Broker Coordinator – Individual and Group Medical

Responsibilities

• Handle broker requests for individual and group medical quotations.
• Coordinate with underwriting and operations to ensure timely issuance of policies.
• Support brokers with product details, documentation, and process clarifications.
• Manage policy endorsements, renewals, and related servicing requirements.
• Assist in onboarding new medical business, ensuring complete documentation.
• Work closely with the Client Services team to provide high service standards.
• Maintain accurate records and reports for broker business activities.
• Provide feedback from brokers on product gaps and market needs.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in medical insurance (individual & group) with an insurance company or broker in the UAE.
• Strong understanding of medical insurance products and market practices.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills for broker interaction.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational and follow-up ability.
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of insurance systems is an advantage.

Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (insurance qualification preferred).
• Minimum 2–4 years of relevant medical insurance experience.
