Job Title: Client Service Manager

Location: Dubai, DIP Metro Station Area
Company: MoonStores.com
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: 6,000 AED during the probation period
Schedule: 6 days a week (10 AM – 6 PM; Saturday until 4 PM)
Benefits: Annual bonus, official employment, company shuttle bus service

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and organize client project data in a structured manner.
• Coordinate with clients regarding ongoing projects and queries.
• Enter and manage client profiles within the CRM database system.
• Monitor and track client orders to ensure accuracy and timely completion.
• Provide quick and effective solutions if issues arise during order processing.
• Communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction and build lasting relationships.
• Work in CRM and ERP systems for client management and project tracking.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in customer service or client management.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills and a client-oriented mindset.
• Responsible, reliable, and capable of multitasking.
• Proficient in MS Office and familiar with ERP systems.
• Fluency in Russian and English or English and Arabic.
• Stress-resistant and proactive problem-solver.
