A leading service and construction company in the UAE is hiring an experienced and responsible Construction Engineer / Site Supervisor. The company specializes in developing the Healthy Home concept, creating clean and healthy indoor environments by servicing and modernizing engineering systems such as air conditioning, water supply, and lighting.

Job Responsibilities

• Inspect residential and commercial properties to identify deficiencies and prepare reports.
• Provide overall engineering control and coordinate service teams.
• Supervise subcontractor work to ensure compliance with standards.
• Manage and control construction projects from start to finish, ensuring on-time delivery within budget.
• Organize work processes on-site and monitor quality of execution.
• Prepare and present reports for project managers and clients.
• Solve technical and logistical challenges during construction.

Candidate Requirements

• Higher education in construction, civil engineering, construction management, or related fields (preferred).
• At least 3 years of experience in construction or site management, ideally in residential finishing (villas, apartments).
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, technical documents, and construction plans.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards.
• Leadership skills and ability to manage teams and subcontractors.
• Responsible, organized, and result-oriented.
• Conversational knowledge of English.
