Position: Head Baker – Dubai, UAE

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Bakery: Manage daily production, quality control, inventory, and food safety.
• Innovate & Inspire: Create new recipes, seasonal menus, and unique collections aligned with Yamanote Atelier’s Japanese-inspired identity.
• Manage & Mentor: Train, guide, and motivate bakers to ensure collaboration and professional growth.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with chefs, sales, and management for retail, catering, and B2B services.
• Uphold Excellence: Maintain the highest standards in flavor, presentation, and texture.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in a high-volume bakery.
• Strong background in food service, café, or restaurant sector.
• Passion for baking, detail-oriented, and innovative.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Familiarity with Japanese baking techniques (preferred, but not mandatory).
• Adaptability and curiosity to grow with the role.
