Responsibilities

As an Operations Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth daily operations. Your tasks will include:

• Coordinating daily check-in/check-out and supervising housekeeping.
• Handling service and maintenance requests.
• Managing contractors (cleaning, laundry, and technical maintenance).
• Communicating with property owners, tenants, and guests.
• Ensuring compliance with DTCM and building/community regulations.
• Monitoring occupancy rates, guest reviews, and performance improvements.
• Preparing monthly operational and financial reports.
• Implementing SOPs and ensuring service quality.

Requirements

To qualify for this role, candidates should have:

• 3+ years of proven operational management experience (hospitality, property management, retail, facility management, or similar industries).
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with multitasking ability.
• Experience managing staff and external contractors.
• Proficiency in English (minimum B2); Arabic or Russian is a plus.
• UAE driving license (preferred).
• A proactive, independent, and responsible work approach.
